Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical counseling services to individuals and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Offer case management support to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
- Utilize skills in child family counseling, group therapy, and Christian counseling where applicable.
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote their well-being.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- State licensure or certification as a Clinician.
- Experience in clinical counseling and case management.
- Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards and ethical guidelines.
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.

Pay: $56,982.24 - $68,623.77 per year
